We hope to develop flexible business units on a brownfield site adjacent to the village of Kincardine O'Neil, just off the A93.

This area of land has already been designated in the Local Development Plan and we would like to create units suitable for a wide range of light commercial activity.

In addition, we continue to look for a suitable site for heavier industry use which would be unsuitable near the village, but again with a flexible approach to units.
