Including farm buildings, commercial properties, dwellings and ancillary buildings we have well-over 100 buildings to maintain together with many miles of roads, fences and stone dykes, water supplies, drains and ditches.  All of these and more need maintenance and we have an excellent multi-skilled and dedicated team who do much of this work.

In addition we sometimes call in local contractors to address specific tasks - electricians and  plumbers are obvious examples where we need to bring in outside skills.
