The village of Kincardine O’Neil straddles the busy A93, North Deeside Road which means that although Kincardine O’Neil village itself is small, it provides a great opportunity to attract passing traffic and customers. This is particularly the case as street-side parking for passing traffic makes Kincardine O’Neil a very convenient place to stop to pick up a few vital items.  Kincardine Estate leases a number of retail spaces in the village of Kincardine O'Neil. 

No. 9, Northside Turnpike: 

The Post Office and Village Store provides a vital function in our community.  In the summer of 2019 we carried out improvement works to the ceiling and lighting of the shop which has greatly improved the ambience. 

No. 1, Southside Turnpike: 

Currently a superb luxury cake-maker. This charming shop unit has a lovely bow window in the curved gable wall. 

No. 3, Southside Turnpike: 

Currently the studio and shop for an artisan weaver.  We carried out an extensive refurbishment in 2019 upgrading the property and creating more space for the current tenant.

The Old Smiddy: 

Currently let on a short term basis to various small businesses and sole traders as a pop-up shop - find out more here.

New Retail Units: 

We are developing plans for flexible business units, which would be suitable for retail, in the Haugh Farmyard which lies just off North Deeside Road in the village.  When we have plans we can share we will link to them here.
